Theatre Arts UK Customer Information
As your child’s parent or guardian, it is your responsibility to:
- Notify us of any medical conditions that your child has
- Ensure that all medications for your child are brought along to classes
- Ensure that your emergency contact details are up to date
- We aim to make our classes available to all. We ask that you notify us before booking a class or trial if your child needs any additional support. This will allow us to discuss your child’s needs. Please note we cannot provide one to one support.
- We will only share your child’s information with staff at Theatre Arts UK
Term Fees and Payments
If you are using a booking system like ClassForKids, you can take payments online at the time of booking or via payments directly from your bank to the Theatre Arts Account.
If you would like to pay via BACS please contact Theatre Arts UK directly.
Terms and Conditions
- When booking a class, bookings are made for the whole term, not for part of the term
- All continuing bookings for the Theatre Arts Main Programs ( Theatre Arts Portsmouth Stars, Theatre Arts West Sussex Stars, Theatre Arts Starlight Youth Theatre and Theatre Arts Glitter Bugs ) require a 50% Non refundable deposit at the time of booking for the following term. The outstanding fees must be paid 14 days before the start date of term. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the start of term you are liable for the remaining fees for your child's place.
- The above booking terms and conditions apply to all main program bookings unless a specific payment plan has been agreed with Verity McCormick Company Director
- You will be notified of Bookings opening for the following term at least 3 weeks before the end of the existing term
- All Theatre Arts program fees are NON – REFUNDABLE
